I have always believed in attractive neighborhood boutiques with exceptional customer service, rather than chain superstores and virtual internet operations. We let our customers know that if they have any previous or current issues with their equipment or carrier, we are there to handle it for them. We teach them how to use their phones and accessories and how to read and understand their monthly bills. We really bend over backwards to accomodate our clientele. We keep up with the newest and latest technology and pass that information to our customers. We are also good at getting our customers monthly discounts based on employment or affiliations, usually with the customer not being aware the were eligible.

We also cater to small and intermediate businesses in the community and are well-versed in Outlook, Blackberrys/PDAs, contact management, lead dispersment, and how to tie them all together in synch with another eAgency product called Nice Office™. A lot of our walk-in traffic in the store will mention where they work and possible issues with their business systems, and we will follow up on that with a visit to their place of business. We will come and meet, and often speak, at civic groups, churches, schools, PTA groups, Boy Scouts, conventions, seminars, etc., about RADAR, NiceOffice, and phones. We have clients in San Diego, Riverside, Ventura, San Berdadino, L.A., and Orange Counties, and will deliver usually in one day.
